You didn't come this far to only come this far.
Cliche, I know, but think about it. Think of all the times in your life when you didn't know how you could ever possibly go on. Guess what, you went on and now here you are. All the bad things you've experienced have made you the strong, resilient, amazing, beautiful person you are today. You may feel like you've come to a fork in the road or a possible rough patch but literally, look back at all the ground you've covered. Look back at how you persevered through that and grew from it. You know how when you're super cold, you feel like you could never be warm again then you get inside, maybe take a hot shower and, wow, you finally feel warm, crazy! The same thing works with life, you get so transfixed on how awful of a time you're having or how unhappy you are, you forget to realize it will get better just as it has time and time before. Also, when you make it through something, you don't have to justify the difficulty of it. Everyone has a different story to tell. It could be something as small as getting out of bed. You still have every right to be proud of that, hell, I'm proud of you for that. What's challenging for you, may not be challenging to others, and that's okay. It doesn't make you a weaker person, I swear. Promise to never doubt your strength based on one perspective. Look at the bigger picture, boss up and tell yourself, "You know what, I have done way harder stuff than this, let's freaking go." and get to moving.
